Black Cherry Digital is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect shipping information, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Goods
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@blackcherryplay.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement item or store credit, at our discretion.
